Prism Machine and Fabrication LLC opened shop with over 20 plus years of experience providing on-site fabrication and on-site maintenance that offers machining and fabrication needs to a diverse customer base.

We are located in southern Ohio at 350 Apple Street, Mount Orab, Ohio, about 40 minutes east of Cincinnati or two hours south of Columbus.

Modern machinery, experienced personnel and technical leadership are the reasons satisfied customers return to Prism Machine and Fabrication again and again. We offer a wide assortment of services and capabilities to meet all of your machining and fabrication needs.

Prism and it's network of sub-contractors have CNC mills with the capacity of 2-axis to 5-axis milling machines, tools and personnel that will perform milling operations on parts varying from 1/8" X 1/8" to 160" X 400" and weighing up to 20,000 lbs. CNC Lathes with turning capacity from 1/8" diameter to 48" diameter by 20' long. We can machine a wide variety of different material from stainless steel, steel: 1018 - 1025, 4140, 4130, Inconel 718, annealed or pre- hardened.

Mig, tig, and stick welding are performed in our shop and on-site. We can handle fabrications up to 20,000 lbs. in a variety of different materials. Welders are certified to multiple specifications.

Our policy to our customers is to offer them a complete solution with in-house capabilities to blast, paint, and polish work components is one value-added service.
